I think the Zest system for allowing us to book with confidence in the USA meant we were not hoodwinked at the airport with numerous extra charges and we think saved us £100's. In fact we had a booking through a different company that we realised would still cost us more on pick up - so we got this refunded and I booked through Zest after doing more research. The reviews and how the business were set up inspired us and we were happy to switch and save the money as well!
