Very pleased with the service provided through Zest and Hertz. We took the top up insurance recommended by Zest and there was no further additional sales pitch from Hertz. Hertz also electronically scan the car for damage as you leave and when you return it. After having an issue with Alamo about damage on a previous rental I would highly recommend the Hertz rental.

Due to flight delays, I had to amend my rental booking at the last minute. I spoke with a Zest representative in customer service who was absolutely excellent and without any fuss was really helpful and sorted everything out for me. She was efficient and Informative. I can’t say thank you enough to her. I book all my car rentals with Zest. Your prices are fair, and customer service excellent and always reliable.

Using Zest has so far been a very good experience. No more surprises charges when picking up rental cars. Before I started using Zest, picking up hire cars was always an irritation. “How have I been conned this time” and invariably there would be some extra, insurance, mileage, etc. Booking through Zest has removed all of that. Turn up, provide a credit card for the deposit, sign for the car and leave. I’ve used Zest around Europe and the US. I have not had to deal with any accident claims so cannot comment on that but the rest of Zest’s service has been very good.

We only use Zest Car Hire. The service is exceptional. Any problems we may have encountered have been dealt with speedily and efficiently. The service is impeccable. Highly recommend.

Desk staff on booking in were Spot on, excellent, friendly and efficient.
the garage operative Dave, you could not want for better, i wish my employees were as good.
Returning the car was quick and again friendly cheerful staff.
Only gripe and i suspect not the fault of Alamo was the poor visability of the signage for the return ramp which i missed and i had to go around again.
Looking forward to our return next year, and will definatly be using Alamo . well done 10/10

My first time with Zest. I would never go anywhere else ! We had some flight delay issues. At 8am Lara answered the phone first ring .Unheard of in 2023! She was cheerful supportive and professional. We were stressed but she made us feel so much better. She is a credit to your company !!!! If we had booked direct we could not have got help because of the time difference. Go Zest!!!!
