Zest were great, no problems at all, they altered my booking to a smaller car near to the pick up date with no issue. The peace of mind that comes with their extra insurance cover is worth paying for, and much cheaper than the Hertz offer. Second time I have used them, and would definitely use again. Their partner agency in both cases were fine with no surprises.

It can be irritating to be pushed to go for an upgrade, and I am pleased this did not happen. I do not want a big car when driving around narrow village streets!
