Booking through Thrifty is easy, and good value. Above all I appreciate the fact that I don't have to worry about hidden extras or having to pay for minor blemishes that can be found under close scrutiny of any car.

Zest as usual we’re outstanding in the set up of this hire. The Europcar experience was equally outstanding, mainly because of the lovely, warm customer experience - no aggressive sell, and very helpful. The car was great as well - in perfect condition with no scratches.

Excellent and easy all-round.
Although, it wasn't the cheapest rental, it was well worth paying the extra for the service we received. I couldn't recommend more highly, and wouldn't hesitate to rebook again.

Charming service from Cedric at Sixt Bergerac. Also - having a 24-hour line to call with any problems is a huge bonus. We were delayed but were able to alert Sixt through Zest. Others with the same problem only had a number for Sixt themselves - which nobody answered.

Due to an air traffic control strike we had to change our car hire arrangements quickly. I phoned Zest and within the hour everything was rearranged for us. They gave us options and advice and took the stress out of the situation straight away. A very professional company and staff and good value for money. We will definitely be using Zest again for our next trip.
