When the final voucher came through, the opening times of the Enterprise office in Limoges had changed, so that they were apparently closed when my flight arrived. Your agent Lara was so helpful and, as she told me, Enterprise honoured the booking I had made (I still don't know whether they stayed open specially for me). Thank you Zest.
