Enterprise were outstanding. We unfortunately had an accident on the way to our ski resort which resulted in the car being undrivable.
Enterprise arranged alternative transport for us to the resort and then arranged a new vehicle to be delivered to a local city with Transport from our resort to the car being arranged for us. I would use them again without hesitation bearing in mind the experience we have had.

Being forgetful, I had booked two cars for the same weekend. Zest emailed me a few days before to advise me of what I had done.
I phoned and cancelled the more expensive booking and received a refund.
Good to know that Zest are an honest broker.

Very straightforward process, the customer assistant did say about paying for extra cover but after saying we already paid for this they stopped. Keddy is a Europcar brand however there was no Keddy paperwork or office.

First time using Zest, will definitely use again in the future. Overall, we were delighted with every aspect of the service and communications prior to rental were excellent. One of the main reasons we went with Zest was the affordable damage waiver insurance they offered. Not only was it cheaper but it was more comprehensive than the other rental companies we looked at. We booked a small Ford Fiesta-sized car for our party of 4 and our hand luggage. We were allocated an almost brand-new Renault Clio at the airport, which we were delighted with as it had lots of nice features like air-con and Android Auto. We didn't know Keddy were part of Europcar and there are are only signs for Europcar at Marseille airport, so we didn't find the rental office right away. A member of staff did come out to help us though, once he saw us wandering around looking lost. Probably our fault for not reading everything, but it was a long journey... Not to detract from the overall experience of using Zest and Keddy/Europcar, highly recommended.
