Excellent service from Zest: having booked and paid in advance for a car, I noticed that the price advertised on-line went down in the interval before commencing the rental. I contacted Zest and they arranged an almost immediate refund of the difference.

A. Better experience with Italy Car Rent at Bari than we had at Verona. Staff very helpful and the pick up area is outside so we were able to thoroughly inspect the car. Return easy and no fuss.

Easy pick up and drop off 5 mins from terminal. Better signposting of in terminal desk and car pickup would have helped. Great car. Would use again.
