I booked a car via Zest in Portugal and the whole exercise was superb. The same applies in Italy. In both cases the actual car hire supplier was excellent. No unwanted selling of additions etc. Very good.

Makes for a good start to your holiday being treated with curtesy and not being given a hard sell for top.up insurance by the rental company in this case Alamo who i have used without issue in both Italy and Croatia. They always accept i have top.up insurance with Zest. So far I have never had to put a claim to the test .

Excellent service from Zest: having booked and paid in advance for a car, I noticed that the price advertised on-line went down in the interval before commencing the rental. I contacted Zest and they arranged an almost immediate refund of the difference.

A. Better experience with Italy Car Rent at Bari than we had at Verona. Staff very helpful and the pick up area is outside so we were able to thoroughly inspect the car. Return easy and no fuss.
