I always book with Zest when I visit Portugal but this was the first time when visiting Italy. The service was very similar and collecting or returning the car was quick and friendly. I will use Zest again for my next holiday. Many thanks.

The return address was not correct on the document, it said to leave the car at the airport at Bergamo. While we knew that wasn't right, we didn't have the address of where to return it for our sat nav. We were able to find it by phoning the company, but the sat nav didn't know where the return address was - we had allowed time to find it so all worked OK in the end.

Excellent service offered by both Zest and Optimorent. I was given a brand new Fiat 500. Both collection and return of the car was a great experience with friendly staff.
