Excellent customer service from Zest . Unfortunately our train was seriously delayed and Zest contacted Sicily by Car who agreed to hold the vehicle until we arrived nearly 3 hrs late. Zest stayed in contact with us until they had contacted the supplier and could confirm the office would hold the car. Sicily by cr were excellent, not pushy about extra insurance. Friendly efficient staff. Good clean car. Collection and return not at all stressful.

Arriving at the car hire kiosk, we were greeted by a friendly employee, who ran through the rental agreement. He was not pushy when we said no to the excess insurance rip off. The car was new, but I did take a video of the condition even though it was 10 pm. When returning the car, we returned it 18 hours early. They checked the car over and I gained took another video, I signed to say there was no damage and no accidents. Very good service and so refreshing to not have to go through the hard sell of excess insurance. I would definitely use them again.

Very pleased with overall experience both by Zest and Locauto. It was worth paying the extra premium for Locauto - we hired three cars and all were in great condition and what we had requested (size-wise). Check-in and drop-off were easy, and staff were helpful and polite.
