Great service from Zest. Sicly by Car were efficient. Only issue was that I was told the car was new and had no marks or dents. When I inspected I found several dents, these were accepted by supplier and added to contract.

Autovia were easy to find once outside the terminal building. Collection and return were very straight forward. Given an upgraded vehicle. No hidden charges or further sales attempts.

I’m afraid I have forgotten the name of the person who dealt with the issues my family and I experienced due to our flight being diverted from Bari to Brindisi (where our hire car was booked) but she was great. At a stressful time, she clearly talked me through the options and was very efficient at sourcing a car from the different airport and different provider. It was so much easier going through Zest than direct to the car rental company as other passengers seemed to be struggling to organise this. She should be commended for her help.
