Everything was excellent. No-one tried to upsell insurance - the first time ever! A little slow in the Locauto office - but once an extra member of staff arrived it went very smoothly. Pick up and drop off were friendly and efficient and the car was top notch. The whole experience - and especially knowing we had the right insurance package - was very good. We will recommend you!

Zest were incredibly easy to work with, their online booking system was simple.
Locauto were great. The car we hired already had some superficial bodywork damage, I had recorded these before we drove off, and no problems when handing back. Straightforward. Great service. I will use both zest and locauto again.

I had to make a claim on the top up insurance and am very happy with the ease and speed of the process. Lovely to find something works out the way it is supposed to! I plan to use Zest in future.

This was overall an excellent car hire experience. The Alamo representative ensured that the car offered would take 5 pax + 5 suitcases, before we agreed on it. The check out was most efficient, with Luigi explaining everything clearly. At return, the process again worked very well and the team went above and beyond what could be expected when my wife left her sweater in the car and I had to return to collect it. They could n to have been more helpful - a 10/10 performance! The only slight drawback was the difficulty of quickly finding the car hire return site.
