Straight forward pick up drop off, bring back on full fuel, cross border included, took out the extra cover just because it was Italy and narrow roads, took photos around the car before driving and yeah it was all straight forward, would use again, website easy to use as well

Zest provided clear guidance on where to pick up the car, the insurance details, and any additional charges for the 12am pickup. This meant I knew exactly what I was paying for, with no hidden costs. I’m very satisfied with the detailed information provided by Zest. Two of my friends also booked through Zest for this trip to Milan, and they were equally happy with their car models. The pickup and return process was smooth and as easy as it could be.

I would recommend a thousand times over. Having experienced driving in a foreign country for the first time, plus the car being hit while we went for dinner, the service provided by both Zest and Centauro has been second to none. I am beyond a happy customer and was treated with such compassion and ease by both Zest and Centauro. The car was lovely and the staff are truly amazing. I would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

When we arrived in Italy there was a bit of a wait to get the car. The lady was friendly when we collected the car. The car was clean and perfect for us. Returning the car was a lot simpler. We have been put off renting cars in the past due to the selling of additional extras, but we didn’t feel any pressure this time.

Good car to drive, a few scratches and dents already on the vehicle which we made sure we took photos of. No incidents whilst we were in Italy, and very swift return and completion made for a stress free journey then to the airport at Malpensa.
