This is the second time I have gone through Zest and the whole process was easy and efficient. I like that every eventuality is covered as some companies try it on and I don’t want to enter into a battle! We are very pleased with how everything turned out.

Straight forward pick up drop off, bring back on full fuel, cross border included, took out the extra cover just because it was Italy and narrow roads, took photos around the car before driving and yeah it was all straight forward, would use again, website easy to use as well

I’m very satisfied with the detailed information provided by Zest. Two of my friends also booked through Zest for this trip to Milan, and they were equally happy with their car models. The pickup and return process was smooth and as easy as it could be.
