I have had very good service. Thanks. Have booked car in Milan using zest. The experience was flawless. About 20 min wait for the pick up in MXP. 5 min drive to the Centauro office. 15 min wait for other people before me and have got nearly new MG. Very clean and in good conditions. Because I have taken full insurance they didn't even check it with me. Have taken full video of the car before setting off ( reviews on Trustpilot for Centauro wasn't good). Paid fuel deposit and went. Come back , about 10 min for checking the car together with firm rep. All good, fuel deposit returned back and was taken to the airport. Everything was with smiles and easy. Thank you Zest and Centauro for the service provided. Very happy.

This is the second time I have gone through Zest and the whole process was easy and efficient. I like that every eventuality is covered as some companies try it on and I don’t want to enter into a battle! We are very pleased with how everything turned out.

Straight forward pick up drop off, bring back on full fuel, cross border included, took out the extra cover just because it was Italy and narrow roads, took photos around the car before driving and yeah it was all straight forward, would use again, website easy to use as well
