No problem car rental. It was refreshing not to be pressurised into booking additional insurance when I’d already taken this option during Zest booking process. Friendly and helpful staff at collection and drop off.

Quick and easy collection. Car was almost brand new with car play, so using phone for sat nav was straightforward. Return of car was quick and easy too.

Pleased to have booked through Zest who provided all the information necessary; everything on pick up and return was quick and straightforward. As important was the additional insurance I took out with Zest. Centauro still tried to sell me additional insurance on the basis that it would be simpler to resolve any claims rather than having to go separately through the insurance arranged by Zest. This would have pretty much doubled the hire cost but I was confidently able to resist doing this. To be fair to Centauro, they did not push that hard - I’m sure they would have done had I booked through another agency without that additional insurance. If I need to hire again, I will use Zest.
