The car rental from Automania involved getting collected from the airport and taken to pick up the car.
The day before they WhatsApp me with info on where to meet for the airport pickup which included a photo.
They also asked me to provide driving license and passport photos to make pick up on the day easier and quicker.
So very well organised.
We had a bit of trouble identifying the pick up spot but they were really responsive to a call via WhatsApp.
There was a very short trip (few minutes) to get to pick up the car.
The guy checking us in was very efficient and friendly.
The car was virtually new.
The return of the car was equally efficient (bearing in mind the traffic in Naples!😬).

Thank you so much, Zest made it easy and I felt secure with the added insurance which I would highly recommend while driving in Italy, which was quite a challenge in such wild traffic! Very happy with the car supplier, Automania. The car was much bigger than I thought we would get. I would happily use again. Very glad to be signposted by Which?
