We picked our vehicle up just out of hours on Thursday 9th April 2026 around 11:45pm. Very smooth transaction and the gentlemen behind the desk was cheery, super helpful and offered us a free upgrade since it was available. Highly recommend and no drama's.

First time driving in Europe and it was a good experience. Your pre-hire instructions - taking pictures - really useful as damage to the wheel rim was pointed out on return, which was not due to our hire. They accepted the photo as confirmation.
