I have always used sicily by car because they are quick and efficient there is no hard sell for extra insurance has always buy before hand ,just has a handy bit of info if you are getting your car from rome fumicino airport the the rental office has moved further dow from where it was originally, its alot bigger and they are using car park A for there cars.
