I have been using Zest Car Rental for years for car hire for family holidays across Europe and have been repeatedly delighted with ease with which I have been able to collect cars. Whenever I have presented the Zest voucher within minutes the keys are being handed over - no protracted discussions or extensive paperwork, and no fuss.

Excellent service from the supplier, we'd booked a smaller car Polo type and they upgraded to an Audi Q2. They were very thorough in their inspection and noted a few other items by us. The staff were very helpful, the car was great. Returns were a little confusing with the multi story car park, but we managed fine. Didn't feel they were trying to rip me off as others have done. All in all a good experience, restored my faith in car rentals
