Everything was on point. It was my 2nd time renting a car and of course I was worried about service in general. Amazing people who checked in us in 15 minutes! Car was clean enough, 4/5, and condition of the car in overall 5/5.
The only thing I want to write here: please, add additional information about “top-up” insurance during the booking process. Because only after the booking process I understood that I don’t have an option of getting it because they don’t provide it to Ukrainians.
Anyway, through communication with Zest and the car rental company WayGo I was told that I have this option already included but from WayGo (premium)! Which was a relief for me.

A great service from both Zest and Rent 4Less as our flight was delayed by 6 hours so we wouldnt land in Lisbon Airport until 3:30am. I contacted Zest car rental and they coordinated with Rent 4 Less to be there when we arrived . A very quick collection and drop off service too. Thanks again Pete

We booked 2 cars, a compact and a larger mini SUV. The mini SUV said similar to SEAT Arona, so we got a Nissan Juke, however, the compact was supposed to be a Renault Clio and we were given a Nissan Qashqai. Obviously that was a great bonus!
We were also very impressed with the efforts to help us.

Zest have been really good to me. I’ve booked with them several times now and they’re always happy to assist, especially when plans change. The top-up insurance is invaluable and the peace of mind in knowing that they’re there for any problems is really helpful.
