After checking positive reviews online for Masterkings car rental we chose them through Zest car rentals for our two week stay in Lisbon Portugal. We found the staff very pleasant and helpful during the rental process. We were picked up at the designated spot by one of the staff and driven to the car rental office a short distance from the Lisbon airport. The representative walked us through the car inspection and set up the Google maps and language assistance for us. We did the walk around to inspect the car together. He explained the use of the transponder and costs incurred for it. We had prepaid and upon returning the car the only extra we paid was for the toll roads. There was no pressure from the representatives for add ons and the rental fee was very reasonable compared to other car rental companies we have used in the past. We were assisted with our luggage and driven back to the airport. Again we can’t say enough about the ease of the entire process, both the pick up and return. We would highly recommend Masterkings car rental

Having been nervous about hiring a car (lots of negative stories in the press) and looking at lots of reviews we chose Zest…and then Masterkings. So glad we did. Outstanding service, prompt replies to our pre-trip enquiries from Zest (esp our worries about delays with the new EES) and once there Bruno at Masterkings (and ALL the other staff on our return) was superb. Kind, friendly, welcoming and making the whole experience easy, speedy and first class. The superb people skills and practical attention to detail setting our minds to rest couldn’t have been bettered. What an outstanding experience. Please be sure to tell Bruno and his team how much we appreciated this and have already started recommending to friends that they use Masterkings in Lisbon and Zest. Excellent. Let’s just hope the airport gets the EES working soon so that visitors continue to come to enjoy Lisbon and all that Portugal offers.

Booking with Zest was very easy and competitive. It was not a new car but it was clean and we just had to make sure to take photos of the scratches on the car. Overall a very good experience we will use again.
