Everything went well from the beginning until the end of our rental. Everything Zest has on its contracts is what's enforced.

The car was nearly new and very clean. No hard sell on additional insurance as we had Zest top up insurance. We were asked to return the car with the same level of fuel which is very fair. On returning the car it was checked but not in a way to find an issue to blame you.

We were first offered a vehicle with many bumps , dings and scratches and said we were not happy. The attendant offered us another car after checking with their supervisor. We were very impressed and happy.

I've had a few bad experiences with car hire companies but this time, the process was simple from start to finish. I will definitely use Zest car rental again whenever I need car hire in the future.

I use Zest Car Rental all the time.....They are professional and courteous and I feel valued as a customer. They always answer the phone and my requests have always been handled in a positive manner...
The excess is included and the top up insurance is always good value also....
I would not use anyone else as their partners in Portugal are always polite and helpful...
Never had a bad experience in 6 years...

From begining to end our car hire experience with Zest (and Drive On Holidays in Porto) was 1st class. The booking process was easy and the hire alternatives, costs, options and paperwork were clear and comprehensive. Pickup was a doodle - even with a minibus transfer from the airport (less then five minutes) - and Diana on the DOH desk was a star ( I'd never used Android Auto before and she set this up for me)! On returning the car, Shaun was brilliant in helping me through the return arrangements and sorting out all of the paperwork, arrangements for the oustanding toll charges, etc.
To be honest our experience with Zest was probably the best in our 35+ years holidaying experience (and we've hired from some of the big multinational names). Their positive Which rating has been well evidenced by our experience with them.
