I have not used Moovers before and was impressed with the polite and friendly customer service provided. I was also not confronted with high pressure sales tactics over additional insurance that I already have that other providers at Alicante airport subject you to.

Rented a car from Record GO through ZEST in Alicante in January. Process was easy and staff at Record Go efficient. The car was comfortable and clean. There were a number of scratches which they had been aware of and highlighted on a form. They also advised us to photograph the car thoroughly ourselves. Return went smoothly. Would use again.

Moovers were very good all the way through the process, communication was great and pick up and drop were good. The vehicle was in great condition and the check out/check in process was very professional with photographs taken by the check out agent and forwarded to us as part of the process. This last point is really important to us after having issues with car rental companies in the past in Spain. A good experience all around.

Moovers contacted us prior to pick up to ask whether we would want to pay for the office to remain open if the flight was delayed or would want to pick up the next day. They also contacted us to ask if we were happy to have an automatic vehicle. They also wished us a Happy Christmas. It was the personal touch prior to pick up that was reassuring. At pick up and drop off the gentleman was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again.
