I had to give a satisfactory for cleanliness as the outside of the car was covered in sand which your staff apologised for but explained there had been a sand storm the night before, which I understand and it didn't detract from what was an excellent service.

Excellent service collected us within afew mins of waiting, the collection van was clean too and enough room for all 6 of us.
