Whole process of arranging car rental using Zest was very easy and included all the necessary insurances to ensure the driver’s piece of mind. Sixt rental service at Alicante was first class - smooth collection, a quality vehicle in clean condition and an efficient return process.
Will certainly use Zest and Sixt again.

I was most impressed by the customer service from Zest. As an anxious traveller having never hired a car overseas I had a lot of questions and was able to call Zest to talk them through (a service that seems to be disappearing from companies these days). I was hugely impressed and assured by the knowledge AND understanding that the person I spoke to have and showed on the phone. The information after booking was just as good and gave me an incredible amount of confidence for the hire of the car. Top gear were equally as good even responding to WhatsApp questions, in very good time, when I had them.
I have been bowled over by the level of customer service that I received and it made that part of our holiday easy. Thank you to all concerned.
