Such a relief to not witness hard sell for their insurance. Although offered our refusal was accepted.
Will use them again as pick up from airport and return was prompt.

The overall service was good. I had a problem as our additional driver could not drive after we booked due to a recurrent back problem and Keddy (Europcar) refunded the additional driver charge which was appreciated. Also liked that the mileage was unlimited (though we did less than 1000km) but meant that could drive worry free about additional charges. The vehicle was not a top of the range, but it was totally adequate for our needs. Would look to book with Keddy through Zest again.

A great experience. An easy and competitive booking process. Topcar are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. No nonsense no extra charges and no hard sell of unnecessary insurance. Topcar staff are English speaking decent people who want you to enjoy the ride. We use them every time and will do so again. 👍👍
