Only problem we encountered but was excellently dealt with was that we received a message on the car messages that our key fob battery was low. We contacted Zest (Luana) who dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently who put us in touch with Alamo.
Alamo directed us to an Enterprise car hire facility (Jackson Hole Airport). They resolved the issue excellently changed the battery and service we received was fantastic. Often excellent service is how someone handles a problem and this was excellent service by both Zest and Alamo. Well done Luana I will use Zest again and recommend them to my friends.

I’m am now a TOTAL Zest fan after the wonderful service from start to finish for our booking in Denver, Colorado. Car exactly as we ordered, no pressure at the desk and Alamo excellent from start to finish.
I will certainly be recommending and spreading the word about ZEST to family & friends (already have! 😉)

We had fast responses from you when we had questions, so helpful to have a UK based company to speak to. When we collected the car they told us the credit card in my husbands name didn't work, luckily we had another in my name, which meant they cancelled and re-created the booking. We weren't sure if our extra insurance bought through Zest would still be OK, so emailed them to check, a re-assuring reply was received. All was OK and we were charged the correct amount.
