I have been renting cars for decades now, and always dread the collection experience at the rental desk and hard upsell for extra cover and insurance. I chose to use Zest based on the positive reviews, and was not disappointed at all. The desk person was very friendly and gave helpful advice about prepaying bridge tolls, etc. Although they did not have my chosen vehicle available, the staff on the car lot went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that was similar in size and suitable for my trip. The returns process was very smooth too. I will definitely be using Zest in the future and recommending to others.

An all round excellent service from start to finish. Took all the stress away from renting a car for our American holiday. Our experience with Alamo at San Francisco on pick-up and at Los Angeles when dropping off were both 1st class and pain free. Would advice anyone to use Zest and Alamo as a hire car option.
