Great value. Booked a premium SUV and got an almost new Mercedes GLC300. Did 3000 miles through California, Arizona and Nevada and very comfortable. Cannot fault price or any part of the service. The insurance you usually pay extra for was included with Zest's price and on the second last day we got hit with some debris from a passing vehicle causing two large cracks in the windscreen. This caused no argument when we returned the car and no extra cost. Will try and book future cars with Zest.

Another excellent provision by Zest and a super car rental provider, Alamo. The Alamo service could not be faulted from pick up to return. The vehicle was only a few months old and at the specified type. There was no push by the desk rep for additional purchases when picking up. Excellent service all round. Thanks again

To collect at San Francisco took a little while as there was only one man on the desk. The vehicle was a Chevrolet Malibu. It was a nice car to drive and spacious. The drop off process was rapid and very efficient. It was a great experience. Thank you Zest for another hassle free car rental (I rented with you in Portugal last month with rentauto).
