Everything ran smoothly. The Hertz office was inside the terminal building and the car was just outside. I paid the higher price for the convenience of Hertz because we were arriving late at night. It was a good choice

The newspapers often feature horror stories about car rental scams such as the extortionate charge for a tank full of petrol etc. However, this rental was perfect. The car was supplied with a full tank of petrol and was returned with a full tank. It was inspected by us and a click rent employee before we left the garage and all minor dents and scratches were carefully recorded. The minibus was waiting at the airport when we arrived. The service at the rental office was efficient (although we had a short wait because it was busy). The car was a Fiesta which had several minor scratches but was otherwise in good condition. The return was equally easy and problem free. All in all an excellent experience and we should be happy to use this company again.

The deciding factor was not only the insurance, the full to full fuel policy also was a major influence. I paid more to use Hiper rather than Clik2Rent as they are much easier to deal with, they have more staff on reception and do not hassle you. I use you because you make the process of renting a car simple and clear and when I have had to contact you to alter something it happened also without hassle.

Hiper were brilliant with us when we brought the car back a day early by mistake. Although our car had been taken away for cleaning before we realised, they gave us a new car for the day without charge.
