Reasonably satisfactory experience, transport from airport very prompt, 10 minutes wait to check-in desk. Tried to up sell but not too pushy. Car in reasonable condition, a 30,000k Renault Captur, I'd have preferred the Clio booked, they note every small mark, no apparent minimum size but were fine on return of car.

The car I booked was changed for another. Upon arrival it was apparent this was too big to get in our parking space. Record Go staff very obligingly replaced it for a vehicle closer to the car I had originally booked.

We will only deal with companies again if the insurance cover you provide is accepted at reception without confrontation and a honest appraisal of any damage to the hired vehicle is done upon return. In this instance Dollar were great. Therefore we will deal with them when a vehicle offered through your listings refers to them.
