Thanks to all at Zest. I've booked through Zest twice now and both times have found the process completely hassle free. The top up insurance is also handy for peace of mind, and avoids the minefield of different policies and their exclusions that individual rental companies try to sell you at the last minute. Rental rates were lower than elsewhere too. Will definitely be the first place to look for any future bookings.

I don't think it could have been any better. Minimal queuing, good car and easy out of hours return. RecordGo had refunded our fuel deposit before we got home.
This is the second time I have used Zest and they are now my go to car hire agency.
