We had an extremely good rate from a rental company Drivalia. Customer service by them was excellent on collection, quick, helpful and informative. Would be happy to use them through Zest when we return to Mallorca.

The Zest representative responded to me very quickly and was extremely helpful. She solved my problem during my holiday when I was very worried about the car’s condition and the pre-existing scratches. The rental company refused to note these in my agreement, but she guided me through the situation and gave me peace of mind.

We were extremely happy with the service provided by Zest and K10 the hire company. We had a guaranteed vehicle VW Tiguana which had done about 6,000 miles - as new. We wanted to upgrade the original car we booked from a VW Golf to a VW Tiguana and this was done with the minimum fuss. Pick up from and to the airport was without any issues. The price we paid was extremely competitive and we will use Zest again.
