I was so impressed by Hiper, the car rental company used by Zest. Whilst it is not on site at Palma Airport, it runs a very regular shuttle bus back and forth to Hyper which is a 5-10 minute drive away, where the incredibly efficient, polite and friendly staff sort out the car hire you have booked. The car looked new and was very clean.The whole experience was very efficient and this is the first time I have ever hired a car without bring forced to buy additional
Insurance by the company. I have no hesitation in recommending Hyper and shall definitely use them again

My experience using Zest car rental has been excellent. When I was unsure about the return of my security deposit, I was able to phone up and talk with Lara (a very helpful and knowledgable actual human - noblong menus or AI) who reassured me everything was in order and the deposit would be returned to me in short order. Thank you for making car rental so painless.

The people at Click Rent were very helpfull, no upselling etc and polite . Finding it from the Airport ws easy , return was OK usual satnav understanding instructions points when in a strange location for the first time. But helpfully the person at the desk gave me the physical actual address

Excellent - we paid a little more, not much, and got a really first class service, very conveniently located right in the airport terminal - friendly and efficient, including the return and confirmation that everything was OK - would definitely book with Zest/Hertz again.

Exceptional service, best we’ve had in Majorca (we’ve used several other companies in the past including Vanrell and Hasso) and the most competitive price. Fast collection at Palma airport in the distinctive yellow minibus, no waiting around. Great car, swift collection at the office very professional. Very easy instructions for drop off and no messing around, swift departure back to the airport. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Brilliant and straightforward service.
Zest - We bought the all inclusive package -excellent terms and conditions clearly laid out, decent price for the package., No worries that we'd be stung for a large unexpected credit card bill for a minor scratch etc. Great peace of mind and will always use Zest again (this is our second time, both great experiences)
Top Mobility - such a fab service in Palma Majorca. Easy pick up, they didn't ask for a credit card etc or offer / try and upsell any extra top up package. Excellent car, great and swift drop off / return to airport. Friendly staff, good to make a donation to borrow a beach umbrella and return at end of stay, rather than landfill. 100% recommend
