Excellent value and a very good service. The rental company gave us an upgrade and the car was very new and high quality.
We had a delay to our flight and it cost us €40 surcharge as it was after 11pm when we got to the rental desk.

Our flight was delayed by over 2 hours and as we were arriving after pick up time I phoned Zest for advice. I received excellent customer service on the phone and was reassured that Zest would phone Drivalia on our behalf. This was done and although we had to pay an out of hours pick up charge there were no problems getting the car.
I would recommend both Zest and Drivalia and would definitely use both again

Hiring a car through Zest at Palma airport was a very satisfactory process. Booking was easy, an extra driver was included in the price and staff at K10 car hire were helpful and friendly. We had to take the minibus to the car hire place and it was initially difficult to find the minibus stand at the airport but then the bus came very quickly. On the way back we dropped off the car easily and there was a petrol station to refill right at the K10 depot which made this easy. Leave extra time for taking the minibus back to the airport as we had to wait half an hour. But overall I would really recommend Zest.

Excellent service. Very clear and simple to use. No issues with K10 who were the final car company. Would use Zest again. Only issue was at Palma there are no signs for the bus pick up point and Zests instructions weren't specific enough. Small issue though.

We had an unfortunate incident where our car was backed into causing damage that was no fault of ours. Initially we were told that our insurance covered any accidents or damaged we caused, and damage to us was only covered by 3rd party insurance; to be claimed from the other person. However, Zest handled the claim carefully and professionally and the money we had to pay at the end of the car rental was returned to us in full after we submitted all the necessary documents. I am glad we took out the additional Collision damage waiver that allowed this to be repaid so quickly, well worth the extra few pounds.
