Car provided was a Seat Arona not the booked Nissan Juke which we thought had a larger boot for luggage.
Car has been left on German language setting and I could not change it neither could the first staff member. The second did after a while. Cars should be checked for this before being allocated.

This was the first time that we've used this service and we were delighted by all aspects of the rental. A mini bus took us to and from the car and the staff were warm, friendly and efficient. We will use the service again. Thank you.
