We hired off top car in Gran Canaria last year and had same level of service again this year. We were offered additional insurance but declined as we already had it no problem with the advisor unlike the experience we had in Alicante with another car rental company. Excellent service.

Booked an automatic car but offered a free manual version (more powerfull) after a chat with Top Car representative. Also, went for their comprehensive insurance (21 euros for 3 days) instead of paying a deposit on my credit card.
