Thrifty at Nice was probably the best car hire experience we’ve had in a long time. As usual service depends on the people and the pick up and drop off agents were both excellent.

First time renting a car abroad, nervous due to bad reviews of deposits not being returned, scammed by the providers (europcar) not Zest. Zest gave me piece of mind that there will be some security if there was anything that went wrong, and help when needed. It also worked out £150 cheaper. Not only that but our flight was delayed, so we missed our pick up time, Zest customer service (out of hours) was truly amazing. Rebooking the car for the following morning at no extra cost and communication couldn't have been easier. Luckily we got to the hire car 5 minutes before they closed and let us have the car early. we got the car and off we went. On return it was very easy to find and the deposit was back withing 48 hours. Will 100% use Zest again.

Fantastic service from Zest. Our arrangements changed at the last minute as our flight was cancelled so we flew to another airport. Zest changed the car hire on our way to the airport.
