We used you in June at Nice (in son-in-laws name) . Europcar were the provider and I found their check in was easier (Sixt was ok though) Glad to have dealt through yourselves which made it easier and gave me a bit more peace of mind)

Service and price from Zest good, Keddy at Europcar was just Europcar in reality, quite high pressure up-sell at the desk especially over the extra insurance, presumably they are on commission. Car good although not very clean, return straightforward. Europcar then charged for 25 days recovery at €5 per day even though only had car for 14 days..... complained via Zest and got a refund but you wonder how often they do this and people just don't notice or get around to complaining.
