It's always a lottery when you hire a car, have you missed a scratch here or a dent there that will be contentious when you return the car. In this instance everything could not have been easier. The Carwiz people were courteous and friendly and on return of the car they could see that it had been looked after (I washed the car before return) and quickly concluded the transaction with my deposit return. Well done Carwiz for making this a pleasurable experience. I hope it is the same next time I hire a car from you

We stayed in Chania for a few days then went directly to their offices to collect the car. Easy to find on the road to the airport, low mileage car in pristine condition. Staff were friendly and efficient. On return after a cursory inspection of the car we were taken immediately back to the airport. Faultless!

Green Motion were very friendly. The car was just what we needed. The handover was efficient and the Green Motion staff member was careful and honest at both the start and end inspection. No quibble over the deposit which was returned to our account the day after we got home. Would recommend both Green Motion in Chania, Crete and Zest.

This was the best car hire experience I have ever had. Fairly priced, no pressure to buy extras I didn't want, helpful and friendly staff, and a car that was a bit older than most (I drive an 18-year-old car and it drives me nuts having to pay through the nose for a car that is 17 years and 9 months younger than mine). It had a few minor blemishes, but nothing serious, and it was clean, reliable, and the interior was in excellent condition. I shall definitely use both Zest and Carwiz again - thanks for the great service.

I was impressed by the speed and efficiency with which Dirent handled my car rental. They contacted me as I passed through passport control and transport was at the airport within minutes. They processed the paperwork with the minimum of fuss and we were quickly on our way. Handing back the car was similarly fast and fuss-free.

The very helpful lady, Elena, at Green Motion mentioned that Zest are excellent/the best in providing all information and paperwork for the booking. This makes her job so much easier and, in turn, makes it quicker and straightforward for the end customer i.e. us!!!
Picking up and dropping off the car was a breeze, the Green Motion staff were friendly and helpful and everything was quick and efficient.
