The very helpful lady, Elena, at Green Motion mentioned that Zest are excellent/the best in providing all information and paperwork for the booking. This makes her job so much easier and, in turn, makes it quicker and straightforward for the end customer i.e. us!!!
Picking up and dropping off the car was a breeze, the Green Motion staff were friendly and helpful and everything was quick and efficient.

A very positive experience. Very slight delay waiting for the pick-up from the airport, but nothing to moan about. Once we were picked up all went perfectly with very friendly and efficient staff. Return of vehicle and return journey to airport absolutely A1.

Enterprise in Crete provided the most trouble free service we have had with European car hire. Would not usually choose off airport pick-up with shuttle but at Chania it worked really well. Easy to drive away from and return to and taxi like service to/from arrivals departures. The people were lovely no issues on return. Wish all car hire was like this! We have used Zest a few times now and will do so in the future.

The Skoda Octavia supplied by Green Motion was high mileage with lots of minor dents and scratches but everything worked and was comfortable to drive and it was priced accordingy.
The people at Chania were great - polite, friendly and efficient.

AutoUnion were possibly the best rental company I have ever booked through Zest. Met by rep at airport taken to their office and paperwork done 20 mins tops. Similarly on return. This is how it should always be done!
