I've used Zest Car Rental for years and always had a good experience. It's excellent that they include insurance excess cover and a second driver for free.

We were very late in due to storms - for a smallish fee the staff waited until 2am for us. I found the Masterking’s staff to be friendly and helpful.

Great all round service.
I changed car hire company via the online service provided by Zest which was smooth and uncomplicated.

I saw the Which? recommendation and was very impressed. We saved £300 over 2 weeks for a small SUV, partly for the shuttle service to off-airport dealer, but also because the deal through Zest was better than other sites I normally use. Also the free additional driver and free excess protection saved us even more money so probably £400 saved
