We spoke to you and changed the original rental company that we opted for because we feared, following looking at online reviews, that they would try and force us to use their insurance etc rather than yours. We opted for Sicily by Car having discussed things with you and were very pleased with the service they gave us and the advice you gave us. Thank you very much. in the end we opted to pay a small supplement for an automatic car, but there was no hard sell.
