Following long delays and eventual cancellation of our flight Alistair Edmunds contacted the car provider and achieved a refund despite my request being after the collection time, unexpected and much appreciated .

This is the second time I have used Zest and Sicily By Car and will continue to do so for future trips. The process with both companies was smooth, professional and with excellent communication. You deserve all of your awards!

Great customer service from start to finish!….
Upgraded to a bigger car with better ground clearance which on reflection was good bearing in mind had to use gravel roads to access our Villa! Very reasonable upgrade price too! 👍

We always use Zest for our car rental. This time I changed the car and provider after booking. Both changes were simple and free of charge. Zest responded quickly.

Very prompt and smooth service in collecting our hire car- everything was explained well, not just at the start of rental but also at the end.

I'm a regular and very satisfied customer. You can feel very isolated and at risk of a hard sell by booking independently but Zest provides the reassurance I need.

We have used Zest many times when travelling in Europe. We feel secure in terms of Zest protecting our interests as well as providing us with a good service. We are more than happy to recommend Zest to others when the opportunity arises to do so.
