Overall, we found this to be the perfect experience for hiring a car in Italy. Quick, no hard sell of other products. Couldn't fault it and based on this I would certainly use Zest / Alamo again in the future.

I am very happy with the service provided by Zest car rentals. We had to change our plans at the last minute and Zest dealt with the cancellation and rebooking seamlessly. Will most definitely book again through Zest.

Following your clear guidance when booking the car and on arrival at Pisa everything was efficient and courteous and helpful.
The car performed well and the staff at the return in Florence were again helpful and efficient. We anticipated concerns as we are both over 70 but with clean licences. Not a problem. We paid for alternative drop off and additional driver. All as quoted and helpful. We will use you again without question.

This is the first time I've used Zest. I found the whole process worked well, with timely notifications and reminders. The top up insurance was a great addition and Locauto recognised it and didn't try to sell additional cover which was a surprise. The Locauto staff were good for both collecting and returning the car. Will definitely use you again. Thank you.
