We had to change car provider at the last minute due to an issue with deposit type but this was dealt with swiftly and without issue by Zest. Overall, excellent service.

I am always nervous re-hiring vehicles in mainland Europe, but this was one of my best. The vehicle was a 9 seater so we were limited for choice, however I can't recommend Noleggiare enough. It was a breeze collecting and returning no hard sales tactics nor overly zealous inspection on return. It was for our daughters wedding and the last thing we wanted was any hassle. So thanks you Zest & Noleggiare you were amazing. 5 Star

I was rather sceptical in booking through Autovia as I had seen so many negative comments online. The service received was very good both at pick up and drop off (it did help that we had been to Pisa before so knew where the car hire offices/pick up areas were located). We had booked a VW Polo and ended up with a Kia Sportage which was a lot larger than expected but was perfect for our trip.

Due to the online reviews of Italy Car Rent we were a bit concerned booking with them but booked through Zest for added comfort. Big family holiday so we booked 3 cars and apart from a slightly long wait at airport to check-in, everything went smoothly. Cars were as described.
