Third time I used Italy Car Rent, they do encourage you to take photos of the car on collection which I was glad I did as a scratch was identified on drop of but luckily I had it photographed to prove it was already there, the staff were nice.

We hired our car at the pisa branch. The office is about 10 min away from the airport. The whole process from collecting the car to returning was easy and smooth. No complaints

I like the full insurance cover they offer also additional driver for free.
I would recommend Zest.

A typical hire car in Italy with plenty of scuffs and scratches but the general impression was it looked shiny and the service was good.
