There was a problem with the return documents where Locato indicated that there had been an accident, which was not the case. I reported this to Zest and although you semed to have a problem in getting Locato to accept this was not the case the confirmation eventually came through. Thank you for your assistace in this mattter.

Having experienced an emergency I needed to change my booking at the very last moment. Spoke to Paul at Zest who managed to cancel and rebook my car without delay. Extremely helpful and excellent first class service. Will definitely use Zest again.

I have hired a car in Italy 3 times a year for over 30 years. I have used every car rental firm available and am used to encountering problems. My experience of Zest was quite different, however. There was no hard sell of insurance, the deposit was repaid instantly, the staff provided excellent customer service and the cost was a fraction of the competitors. It feels like a game changer. I will certainly use Zest again. In fact I'll only use them in future.

Really pleased with Zest Car Rental. Communication was excellent. Contacted them with a query and they responded within the hour.
Felt that booking with Zest gave me peace of mind if anything went wrong, which it didn’t. And also having the excess insurance through Zest. First time booking a car through Zest but will not hesitate to use them next time.

Absolutely brilliant!! Great customer service from Zest and Locauto at Pisa airport! Vehicle was what we ordered + easy and smooth transition from both sides and all good when returning took two mins! Lovely car to drive and park we got the VW Cross and plenty of room for four! When you come out of Pisa airport you'll have to get the shuttle bus which takes two mins to Locauto - finding that was a little bit difficult but we found it. Would def use Zest!
