Every thing went smoothly from start to finish. I was a bit concerned about dropping car off as I’ve heard some bad reviews about supposed damage and was picked up on a scratch by the door .But luckily I’d taken photos so wasn’t a problem

We had a problem at the airport collecting the car as it turned out we didn't have the right kind of credit card but I called Zest and the lady I spoke to sorted everything out - cancelling the booking and re-booking with another provider on the spot. She even called a few hours later to say that our refund had been processed. I would say Zest were really helpful and it was good to be able to get through to someone straight away who knew exactly what to do. I would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family!

Great service from both Zest and Locauto - our flight was delayed on arrival and I was able to quickly get in touch with Zest who were able to relay that message onto the car rental company. This made me feel less anxious of being charged or missing out on my first choice car. Can't fault the service - will definitely use again!

We had to change our reservation a couple of times and the Zest contact on both occasions was very helpful. We would definitely book through Zest again.

Really happy with the value offered by Zest and Noleggiare at Pisa Airport. The agents at the desk were easy to work with and the car provided (Ford Puma) was brand new. Zest made the rental process really easy online and we had a great experience.

The Zest booking process was very easy, and when I lost my credit card a few days before picking up the car, the customer support service was excellent and turned a crisis into a positive. The Centauro staff were excellent and the process was very smooth. The only slight concern was that I wasn't exactly clear where the pick up point was in advance, even thought the instructions were very clear. It all worked very smoothly in the end but it would have helped if there was a sign saying 'Centauro clients wait here'

Italy Car Rent provided a very quick efficient hand over of the cars we hired. Both vehicles were clean and tidy. The return was quick without any problems. Just use the quick easy guide provided by Zest.
