Having used someone else for over 10 years I was wary of a new company, knowing from experience how things going wrong can spoil your holiday (frying pan/fire). So pleased I tried it, absolutely fantastic service. Easy to contact, clear, responsive, excellent communication - very good deal and felt totally looked after. Can't recommend enough, they have really brought back the experience of having a top notch service and deserve every success.

Zest have been amazingly helpful in helping me book cars for a trip, I had several trip ups on my end in terms of dates and car type, and Zest dealt with these issues quickly and efficiently, with minimal cost impact. Their customer service is miles ahead of any other car rental company.

I was initially concerned by a couple of the reviews I had read as this was my first time renting a car. Zest team were very reassuring. I thoroughly read all Terms and Conditions and ensured that I photographed and took a video of the whole car when I collected, as recommended. I ensured that I had all necessary documents, this included arranging a credit card from a high street bank as the one I already had was a supermarket credit card. This took between 2 & 3 weeks so give yourself time if needed. Thank you to both Zest and Easy Car Hire for making it an affordable and smooth service.
