Zest were brilliant. We had an issue with the upgraded vehicle we were given and Zest tried to help us but unfortunately we’re not successful. However, I can’t fault zest, they phoned when they said they would, they kept us informed and were friendly and professional the whole time.

First time I've booked direct with Zest. Other travelling companions have usually made the booking, but there has never been a problem. Will seek out options for Portugal, Spain and Balearics in 2025.

This was an excellent experience, in fact my second with Zest and I would recommend this company to anyone considering hiring a rental car. The booking form is easy to use and compared to some others the rental fee is very affordable. I will certainly use them again.

We have often booked our hire cars through Zest when going on holiday. We have found Centauro an excellent hire car company. After a bad experience with another broker a last year, we returned to Zest and Centauro in September this year and, as expected, a first class experience.

All in all good all round. Will use Zest again as I like the 1 'free' additional driver service. Website is easy to use.

Everything worked as we hoped. Locauto were efficient, provided the car promptly and none of the tricks warned of on websites were evident. The car was consistent with our expectations and we had no problems. Return was simple and all staff were faultless.
