Zest Car Rentals provided us with reassurance when booking a car in Italy (Pisa). We took out the extra insurance for peace of mind with Zest Car Rental.
On arrival at Pisa Airport, we took the shuttle bus to Noleggaire car rental office. Staff were helpful and did not pester us to take out extra insurance etc. We inspected the car and then took a video before taking the car and on our return. We would definitely book a car rental through Zest Car Rental again.

Having used someone else for over 10 years I was wary of a new company, knowing from experience how things going wrong can spoil your holiday (frying pan/fire). So pleased I tried it, absolutely fantastic service. Easy to contact, clear, responsive, excellent communication - very good deal and felt totally looked after. Can't recommend enough, they have really brought back the experience of having a top notch service and deserve every success.

Zest have been amazingly helpful in helping me book cars for a trip, I had several trip ups on my end in terms of dates and car type, and Zest dealt with these issues quickly and efficiently, with minimal cost impact. Their customer service is miles ahead of any other car rental company.
