I completed a rental with Loccauto, Venice Marco Polo Airport and the overall experience was excellent from pick up to drop off. The car provided was only a few weeks old and was very clean and had everything needed for my trip. I’d consider the car provided during the rental as excellent value for money. I would highly recommend Loccauto to those visiting the Venice area and I will use them again if I return.

We booked two cars through Zest, both under different names. Unfortunately, we only brought one credit card with us. At the provider’s desk, I called Zest, and their operator quickly sent an emergency email allowing both cars to be booked under the same name. We only needed to add an extra driver for the second car.
Without Zest’s quick action, we wouldn’t have been able to hire two cars at the same time. Fast response and excellent service.

Very happy with Sicily by Car and Zest Car Rental agency.
Decided to take additional insurance via Zest. Sicily by Car provided the car as requested with no pressure to buy top ups. Deposit was refunded within 2 hours of Car return.

I messed up by bringing an old licence. It was late at night and the person on the desk went above and beyond to ensure we got a vehicle. Something similar has happened to me previously while renting in Italy (a credit card issue) and it cost me a lot of extra money to get a car.
This time the additional cost was negligible. They were extremely helpful and I'm very grateful.

Very helpful to see on your website that Autovia allowed travel into Slovenia for a fee.
The Autovia staff member on pickup was excellent and thorough. It was the first time that I have rented a car abroad and they haven’t tried to up sell me insurance

Alamo did not have a manual car as I had booked, but I was told that the automatic car they had would be a free upgrade to a nearly new Toyota CHR Design. I felt confident that I would be able to get used to an automatic (which was actually very easy to adjust to) and was extremely happy with the car and service provided.
