The service I received from Zest was excellent. I realised the evening before our Sunday flight that I had accidentally booked our hire car for the Monday not the Sunday. I spoke to Harriet, a team manager at Zest, who went above and beyond to contact Wheego early on the Sunday morning outside of her own working hours to amend the booking and then call me to reassure me that it had been sorted just before we boarded the plane. I was charged just 20 euros for the extra day. We book our hire car through Zest every year and we have always found the process straightforward and stress free. Thank you Harriet for helping me!

Overall we are more than satisfied with our booking through Zest. We chose Drivalia as we had used them before. Their customer service is excellent and the desk agents friendly and knowledgeable - no hard sell. The car (DR) was almost new and very good value for money. Zest would be our recommendation for hire car bookings and our daughter is about to use the service too.
