Great car hire experience through Zest once again, i have booked several times with no issues.
Also Topgear car hire in Alicante was superb car was there in a couple of minutes and the chap was really helpful,

Everything was so easy. The collection of the car and the drop off. Though without satnav the drop off would have been a bit tricky. Maybe a large scale map of the roads around the airport would help.

I used the out of hours emergency number due to a delay in my flight. Your staff member Paul was very professional and helpful and it was great to know you had someone to assist out of hours.

The process was straightforward, all of the information pertaining to the hire were clear, directions for collecting in the terminal were clear, there were plenty of rental agents in the terminal and car collection/return bay,

The only comment is that Centauro who admittedly have not used for some time now send their contract to your email address so when you get to car and you checking for noted damage/taking pictures it helps if somebody can assist so one takes the pictures and the other checks the contract
