The Record Go staff were all very efficient and pleasant to deal with. The car was almost new and well looked after.
The the hire and insurance was clearly presented and there was not any pressure selling that you get with some other companies.
I will be hiring from Record Go again.

Fantastic, Topgear were perfect. We were early to the airport, before they opened and they answered the phone and met us within 15 mins. Exactly the straightforward hire we were looking for and the van was great, automatic, clean and new with Apple play.

Definitely great booking through Zest to have the backing of a UK company should we need any assistance. Moovers were very friendly and kept in constant communication with us, however did really want to sell their upgraded insurance policy as well as encourage us to book directly as opposed to a broker. Upon return they also queried a dent that they didn’t photograph during collection, but thankfully I did take one so stopped this in its tracks.

Although I had an issue after return with Centauro due to them not checking the car when I returned it (won’t happen again) I would always chose Centauro. Took insurance through Zest so fully covered, always check the car when you collect and return it. There was a hole in the tyre which I did not see and it did not go flat so didn’t know and was billed on my return. They did not check the car when I returned just asked if the tank was full. Zest were amazing with collecting all of the documents I needed to claim and I was paid back within 10 days.

Over all a very professional and friendly customer service. I will definitely use them again for any future car rental in Spain.
