Zest booking process very good as always. First time using Hertz through Zest but very smooth, and once I confirmed I had the top up insurance no pressure on additional insurance, and generally very helpful pleasant staff on the desk.
Return process was quick and final invoice sent promptly. Hertz also provide photo record of any existing vehicle marks etc. on collection.

free second driver is very useful and points me to use Zest when they make it available, this element is often an expensive extra with other providers.

This is the secound time we have used Zest Cars, cant fault anything , great experience both times. Had an issue with the car, quick call to their helpline and issue resolved .
