Upon arrival to collect car I was taken thru the process as usual . Due to the fact I took the extra insurance out I knew I did not need to worry about any further insurance. This time there was no paperwork to carry with you as terms and conditions were digital download also showing condition of car, I did check the vehicle before driving off and found a couple of scratches so I took pictures and reported this back to collection desk and they just added this to my digital documentation so all quite easy.overall I was happy with the service provided

I took out the full insurance package with Zest and was really pleased that Green Motion didn't try to sell me more cover like they usually do at car hire desks. They picked us up within 5 minutes and were really efficient. would definitely recommend this car hire company

Zest booking process very good as always. First time using Hertz through Zest but very smooth, and once I confirmed I had the top up insurance no pressure on additional insurance, and generally very helpful pleasant staff on the desk.
Return process was quick and final invoice sent promptly. Hertz also provide photo record of any existing vehicle marks etc. on collection.
