Car hire is normally quite stressful with examinations for tiny scratches that never get fixed anyway. The car wasn't especially new (70k km) but who cares - it was reliable, clean and fit for purpose with Android Auto an added bonus. Dropoff was a simple key handover to staff member at parking. Only issue was the car park (car initially blocked in) but hard to see how that can be fixed while keeping convenient location for the Gibraltar border.

Very pleased with the service. Car had an amount of minor damage and scratches but it was very clean and ran very well. Just what we needed. Great communication from Zest and very happy to use again/recommend.
Took out the Top-up insurance offered by Zest and this made everything straight forward.
