We are regular customers of Zest and Espacar and have always been very satisfied with the service.

The staff at Niza cars were excellent. My only complaint is that I would suggest that they have a dedicated desk for customers who have checked in online prior to collecting their vehicle. As I had already done this, it literally took me 5 minutes from sitting down with the staff member to me walking out with the keys for my car. However, I had to queue for at least half an hour whilst staff checked in other customers who obviously hadn’t completed the online check in process prior to collecting their vehicle which meant all their documentation etc. had to be checked which in turn held me up from getting on my way.
I would definitely use Zest/Niza Cars Premium again and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from yourselves. I like Drivalia, very transparent no hard sell like some others. I have already booked again for September

2nd time booked via Zest and Espacar. Great service and meet and greet first class. I have hired many cars over the years but this is the best service I have received. Brilliant !

Niza Cars provided a good hire car & an excellent service overall. Their courtesy vehicle was easy to find at the airport & their offices were just a few minutes drive away.
