I have booked with Zest now multiple times and their UK based team are always super helpful in dealing with most issues.
The UK backed top up insurance makes the conversation at the hire desk ( when they ask you for more money for tyre cover of windscreen cover, which wasnt in their initial hire terms ) short and you can confidently walk away with the confidence of being covered by a UK based legal contract under UK law.
